We've used both and had great experiences, so we can't say one is better. The best fit depends on what you need, and you can get a discount with either one.

BetterHelp may suit you if cost matters most or you'd like to meet more often. My Counselor Online may suit you if you want a counselor who shares your faith, help that's specific to your sex life, or a chance to claim it on insurance.
As a ministry, we don’t recommend anything we haven’t tried ourselves, and we’ve used both. Either way, you can switch counselors at no cost until you find the right one.
